Where do you ship to?
Currently we only ship around South Africa. If you live in Cape Town you can contact us about pick up options.
What is the waiting time for my goods?
Our lead time on personalised items is 3-5 working days.
Can I get something personalised that is not shown in the shop?
If there is an item that we sell that you would like a different customisation (that we don't currently offer), please send us a DM via the contact form with your request. We will try our best to accommodate you.
We welcome customisations in other languages but do not take responsibility for any spelling mistakes.
How do I care for my product?
Never place your mug, glass or waterbottle in the dishwasher or microwave.
Only wash these items with lukewarm water using a soft non-abrasive sponge. Never soak or submerge the items it will damage the vinyl.
Never iron over the vinyl on your clothing items. Wash items at a temp no higher than 30'C. We would not recommend tumble drying any of the clothing items that have vinyl on them.
While the vinyl used on the products is of professional grade and long lasting, it can still lift or be damaged if not taken care of properly.
What is your returns policy?
We will accept returns for a full refund or replace the item if you can prove it was damaged when you received it.
However, because most of our products are custom made with initials/names we cannot accept any returns on these items (unless damaged).
When purchasing items like Men's belts, which we cut to size, please be sure of the size as we will not refunding these.
